Children love their very own toys & games, but it’s also great to have a stock of family toys & games that everyone will enjoy playing. Holidays, Christmas and birthdays are excellent times to get the whole family together to play games.

Action toys & games
Children love action toys & games, and action figures. They will sit for hours playing ‘let’s pretend’ and making up games. Many action figures come from film or TV characters. For example -

Any types of dolls, dolls prams and accessories are still most little girls’ favourite playthings. Some of the favourite dolls are- Baby Annabell, baby alive, Baby born and Barbie. Adults continue the trend by collecting antique dolls and doll collectibles.
Barbie
Little girls love Barbie and all her Barbie friends. Barbie princess and Barbie castles are excellent playthings for ages three and above. Barbie DVDs tell amazing stories of some of Barbie’s adventures, and there’s a good choice in titles.
Educational toys & games
Musical instruments, jigsaw toys, board games, electronic learning games are all in this category. Building bricks, solving puzzles and playing games all help to educate our children. Building bricks, such as Lego or Duplo, develop hand-eye co-ordination. Many educational toys are wooden and are well made.
Radio controlled toys
Great fun to play with, these suit all age groups. Radio controlled cars and radio controlled planes and helicopters are popular with all ages of girls and boys. If they already have a plane or car, have a look at the radio controlled boats and motorcycles.
Baby toys
All baby toys must have a recommended age displayed on the box. They start from 0-6 months, so you can find something suitable for babies from birth upwards. Soft toys
Soft cuddly teddies, soft animals and soft dolls are great for babies, teenagers or any age in-between. Soft animals, figures and dolls can be small or large, and they can talk or play music.
