Experience days
This is one of our favourite gifts. We’ve been driving, shooting, pampered and challenged, on various days out and short breaks. With hundreds of options we’re always spoilt for choice. If you’re looking for a gift, for him or her, and can’t make up your mind, here are a few ideas.
Driving activities –racing, four by four driving, military driving, quad biking, high speed riding
Flying activities – flying lessons, balloon flights, skydiving,
Pampering days –spa breaks, makeovers.
Water based activities – fishing, white water rafting,
For her – Try a makeover. You’ll look and feel gorgeous, and pick up loads of tips you can use everyday. You can get your make-up or hair done, or get your colours analysed.
For him - Try quad biking, flying lessons, shooting, driving and white water rafting. Our first driving day was Lamborghini driving. It was fantastic - we even bought the dvd.
Couples
Whose turn is it to choose? Will it be a pampering day or high speed driving experience? If you can’t agree, find something you both like; quad biking, shooting, driving etc. If you can convince the men to try a pampering day, you’ll never get them to come home. Relaxing round the pool and gourmet food is for everyone.
Hen nights
I can’t think of a better way to spend a hen night than to get your friends together and spend a couple of nights in a luxurious spa or hotel. If you don’t want to travel too far, you should be able to find something local. It’s an experience day that all age groups can enjoy. If you want something more challenging, go for high speed riding or a hot air balloon experience.
Stag nights
If your best man is organizing your stag event - get him to have a look at paintballing, Grand Prix Karting or high speed riding. If you’re looking for something different, try joining a spy academy for the day. You get to try pistol shooting, machine guns and they teach you about surveillance equipment.
