Toys and games the amazing look of wonderment

There is nothing better than seeing a child open a present and discovering toys, Games or Dolls that they really want. They enthusiastically rip the wrapping paper just enough to see a picture of the toy or read some writing that tells them what it is. They seem to stop frozen in time, their eyes double in size, their mouths drop open and they take a gasp of breath. It’s a sight to behold.

There are hundreds of Toys and Games for children that you can choose from. There used to be girls Toys and boys toys but today they seem to cross over which is a good thing. It just makes it more difficult for us adults that have to decide what toys to buy.

One interesting thing about toys and games for younger children are the toys that need an adult to put it together. The adult gets enjoyment because they are involved in doing something adultish and the child feels great because you are playing with them on a one to one basis and you’re not trying to get them to do something they don’t really want to do like brushing their teeth properly.

Take for instance the fisher price aeroplane, it comes in pieces and needs putting together. The toy plane is for children three and above so if bought for a three or four year old needs an adult to put it together. It’s a big brute with Action Figures and accessories that both girls and boys will love.

Especially for the girls there is a Barbie doll for everything, be it a Disney princess to an under water botanist. They have interchangeable dresses, hand bags and shoes, girls just love them and their male siblings if old enough love pulling them apart which will give at least one adult present some pleasure in putting them back together again.

Whatever the toys you decide to buy make sure you have your Camera ready to click as they are opening their presents as you will only have milli-seconds to capture that amazing look of wonderment.
